At the end of Pink Flamingos, Babs Johnson (aka Divine), Cotton & Crackers come around the corner at the far right near the fire hydrant.  There, they spot a dog being walked in front of the steps (center of picture, where Pat Moran lived at the time) and the scene cuts to Divine proving to be the filthiest person alive.
You can see the whole scene about to be shot in the 1998 Steve Yeager documentary, Divine Trash.  Standing at the far right near the tree, Divine asks John for direction as they prepare for the gulp heard ‘round the world.  Oddly, the actual poop-eating shot in Pink Flamingos doesn’t take place in that same spot.  It seems they had to walk around a bit because the dog was camera shy.
Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to find the stencil that designates this spot as a museum.  Comparing my picture to that of the stencil, it looks like it would have been just to the right of the car.  Maybe some other enthusiastic fan jack-hammered it out of there!  It also seems that it wasn’t actually put there by the Dreamland crew.  A group known as the Cultural Cryptanalysts Collective says that they put it at the “approximate site” of the final scene.
